Rent had always been paid to either NICK, or MEGAN, the property manager. The tenant hopes NICK got it.
Furthermore, the tenant has repeated issues with the property, such as lack of hot water to shower or do dishes. NICK ATALICK has never addressed it, and it has been that way for over a year. NICK also overcharges on rent. The tenant’s bachelor apartment is 11 feet wide by 8 feet long, and they do not have any closets or even cupboards to put food away. The tenant has a kitchenette that is 5 feet long by 2 feet wide, which has a bar fridge and microwave/convection oven.
NICK ATALICK charges $795 per month for rent, and every year he tries to raise the rent above the max 2.2%. The tenant has been warned about these increases from other tenants.
